Refund/Return Policy

First, if you have a need to consider a refund or return, you likely ordered a product from us.  Which means we owe you a "thank you"!  Thank you for trusting us in an emotional time.  We promise to do our very best to deliver high quality products with a superior customer experience.  We want to ensure you, we want to address any issues right away.

Below are a few guidelines to ensure the return process is seamless:

Defective Items

For any items that have been damaged in shipping or have a manufacturer's defect, please call us within 3 days of receipt so we can issue a replacement immediately.  Please call 888-536-5450 or email brandi@chateauurns.com.  We know that these products can be time sensitive and we will do our very best to meet your timeline.  

If you simply don't like the product and no defects, purchaser is responsible for return shipping.  Please mail returns to:

Once we receive the unused product in original packaging, we will be happy to offer a refund.

Return Exceptions

Urns cannot be returned if they already been filled with cremains. 

Merchandise that has been customized, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
